 Catering Service Overview

Thank you for your interest in working with us at Gelato California. Let's bring some Italian fun & sweetness to your events!

• Price Range: Cost per person varies between $8 to $11 depending on the size of your event.

• Hours: Standard Event catering time is two hours for events of up to 300 people. At events above 300 people, standard catering time will be extended to 3 or a maximum of 4 hours for an upcharge. Additional hours can be had at an extra cost for all events at a rate of $225 per hour.

• Staffing: Every event will be catered by at least one staff member. At events over 175 people, a second staff member is included at no extra charge. Additional staff can be requested in advance for an additional fee.

• Gelato & Sorbet: Clients can choose their 4-6 favorites (depending on the size of the event) among a wide variety of available Gelato & Sorbet flavors. Please refer to our website for a full list https://www.gelatocalifornia.com/menu. Flavors might be subject to seasonal availability.

• Set-Up & Decor: We are happy to adjust our set-up to fit your event theme! Let us know what you have in mind and we'll put something cute together!

• Delivery: There is a $250 delivery fee for Orange County and $350-$450 for Los Angeles County as well as the Inland Empire depending on the event location. 

• Toppings: If you like to add toppings or sugar cones to the mix, let us know what you had in mind and we’ll add it for a small extra charge of $1.00 p.p. or $1.25  respectively.

• Minimum: The minimum charge for our services is $995 excluding the delivery fee.
